Who Does Crumlin Home Care Service Support?
We provide support to enable people in our community to remain in their own home. Our Support is in response to a variety of needs including; an older person wishing to remain independent in their own home, those living with a disability, families under stress and persons in need of palliative care. In addition, we provide a Meals on Wheels service.
Our Home Support ServiceWe are a not-for-profit company which allows our staff to prioritise the health and dignity of our clients, supporting their happiness and independence.
Offering support to persons in need of care at home. We provide tailored Personal Care Plans including personal and practical care. Our carers are qualified and experienced in caring for a wide range of clients. |
Meals On WheelsMeals on Wheels can be a very simple support that offers a great deal to our Clients.

What is a Home Support Service?
A Home Support Service can assist people to remain in their own home by assisting them with everyday tasks and activities of daily living. Home Support can also act as a support for an informal carer i.e. a family or friend who is providing home support
Who Funds Home Support?Currently in Ireland Home Support Services are typically provided in one of three ways:
1. State-funded Home Support awarded by the HSE 2. Self-funded Home Support, often funded by the Service User or their Family or Next of Kin 3. Dual-Funded, where State-funded support is supplemented by Self- Funded Support. |
Our Home Care ConsultationOne of our Assistant Managers will visit your home to work with you. Your individual needs, personality and your home environment will be taken into account when creating a recommended support plan.
To find the right carer for you, we will conduct additional home visits to introduce recommended carers. What areas do we cover ? We provide our service to Crumlin, Walkinstown, Perrystown, Drimnagh, Harold's Cross, Templeogue, Terenure & K.C.R |
